Report to Senior HR & Admin Executive

 Certificate SPM holder or equivalent qualification.
 At least 1 years’ experience in related field
 Must have valid driving license (B2 & D).
 The delivery of stocks.
 To ensure all delivery of documentation are in-order and proper manner.
 To ensure the document delivery to the said person and on time.
 Every document to be sent should have the acknowledgment record.(Signature, Stamp and Name of person received and date is necessary)
 To assist office general maintenance and cleanliness
 Back up on reception when required
 Any ad hoc assign by your immediate superior
