HR & Admin Assistant – Johor

Reports to: Senior HR & Admin Executive
Key Responsibilities:
1. To receive and transfer telephone calls and take messages
2. To provide hospitality to guest with drinks.
3. To ensure up keep of office equipment is well maintained.
4. To sort incoming mails/faxes and outgoing mails/faxes into respective job files.
5. To check all incoming emails minimum twice a day and distribute the information to relevant parties.
6. To record outgoing mail + postage.
7. To assist in deliver mails to postbox.
8. To assist in general administration works including filling works, printing & etc.
9. To ensure daily office work are in order E.g. Faxed, Photostat, answer phone call.
10. To type forms, submission letters, etc
11. To assist in answering phone calls and take messages
12. Support Human Resource related project assigned by HR & Admin Manager
13. Assist to prepare wages for all site workers.
14. To assist HR & Admin Manager for all staff annual leave update.
15. Office equipment maintenance, provide updates of stationary purchase and seek for approval
16. To assist arrange of delivery of documents.
17. To ensure proper implementation of ISO related records
Minimum Qualification : SPM
Minimum Experience : 1 year relevant working experience.
