Job Description

-Responsible for sourcing, selecting and negotiating with supplier/vendor for quotation of materials and equipment.

-Preparing price comparison for management approval

-Preparing purchase order and material requisition order

-Coordinate with inter department and supplier monitor material arrival

-Feedback and follow up on goods quality issue with suppliers

-Checking and maintaining acceptable and accurate inventory level on site

-To maintain and update supplier and purchase record in the system

-Other duties as assigned from head of department from time to time



-Candidate must possess at least higher secondary/STPM/A Level/ Pre-U in any field

-Required language(s): Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia

-At least 1 year working experience in the related field is required for this position

-Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent

-Familiar with market price of material and equipment

-Computer literate

-Excellence interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills

-With teamwork spirit and strong sense of responsibility
