Maintenance Foreman (Store, Johor)

Reports to: Facilities Officer/ Facilities Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure that construction equipment is correctly operated, maintained, in good working order
2. To promotes preventive maintenance and monitoring of preventive maintenance programs
3. To keeping accurate records on all equipment indicating all repairs/breakdowns
4. To performed maintenance, performing spot checks of equipment to determine their working condition.
5. Carry out other assignments that may be given by the employer.
6. To ensure proper implementation of ISO related records

Minimum Qualification       : SPM

Minimum Experience            : 2 years
