Planner

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To carry out the supervision, daily planning and directing of the work force.
  2. To carry out inspection, verification and recording of work.
  3. Coordinating and liaison with subcontractors.
  4. To identify and record quality problems through inspection (if necessary).
  5. To ensure and carry out safe and healthy working/practice on site.
  6. To assist Project Manager/ Civil Engineer in all aspect whenever necessary.
  7. To assist with Project Manager to prepare any document require for project execution.
  8. To assist Project Manager/ Contract Manager to follow up all necessary documentation.
  9. To ensure proper implementation of ISO related records.
  10. Prepares and assists in drawing revisions required.
  11. To ensure all construction drawing (e.g. Discrepancy BQ and Drawing) are in-order for all subcontractors
  12. To assist Project Manager/ Contract Manager to follow up with relevant consultant on CPC and CMGD certificate issue

Minimum Qualification   : Diploma or certificate in civil engineering field or relevant.

Minimum Experience      : 2 year related experience or fresh graduate
