Purchasing& Facilities Assistant

Reports to: Facilities Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle company trip arrangement and planning budgetary.
  2. Handle arrangement for hungry Ghost Festival.
  3. Handling distributing of Hamper to Client during festive Session.
  4. Assist in Key in & checking invoice, Purchase Order, Delivery order in Gney System                                                     (Photocopier, security guard, Stationery, IT).
  5. Checking, monitoring and payment for facilities & maintenance invoice and upkeep in Gney system.
  6. Assist in company award and application.
  7. Updated maintenance report by monthly.
  8. Updated Cylinder report by monthly.
  9. To ensure proper implementation of ISO related records
  10. Any ad hoc as assigned by the superior.
